New Classes/Group Info

All of our virtual classes and support groups are run in seasonal cohorts. New offerings will be available throughout the year and will be highlighted in the monthly newsletters.

Updates to Current Options OR Topical Article

During months where current offerings are updated, those changes will be highlighted in the newsletter. During other months, the newsletter will have a topical focus around mental health for ethnic minority groups or faith-sensitive populations.

Monthly Blog Posts

Blog articles will be posted throughout each month. The monthly newsletter will consolidate all new posts in a user-friendly manner for easy, quick reads.

Promotional Coupons, Local Resources, Events

The monthly news articles will sometimes feature discounts on upcoming options and will also list/highlight local resources, agencies or events.

For Therapists and Mental Health Professionals

A Monthly Blog Post and Mini-Newsletter will be going out to Mental Health Professionals to further education on evidence-based interventions for minority POC, API, and Muslim populations OR to highlight concepts related to trauma.
